Amateur framing, amateur plumbing, clueless work as a matter of fact.
The roof job looks sloppy, but that doesn't eliminate the cheap contractor in a big rush because he bid low.
All that work in the attic needs to be torn out and redone.

Agreed, 100%
New roof by a professional, maybe.
Whatever sag they were attempting to take out of the roof rafters, they will be loading onto the cieling joist. Looks like a botched job to me.

I hope that was not a contractor that just bid it to low! but you never know. That's embarrassing :eek:
