Single family home service disconnect. I was unable to determine of the ground is bonded to the panel. There is a blue screw in the top of the gound and neutal but it appears the bars are floating. Home was built in 05.

That type of panel are usally suitable ONLY as serivce equipment so I would say there is no issue on the bond & it looks like there is a connection between the bus on the left & the neutral bar.

It looks like the panel is made with a meter base as part of the panel so the panel can only be used as servce equipment. The ground bar and neutral bar are bonded and most likely can not be un-bonded. You could see this...maybe....if the meter was removed.

The two best photos showing the ground bond connection are the first and second photos - the ground bus sticking down from the top on the left side is attached to the enclosure, and goes up and over to the neutral/ground terminal bars.

Thus, as others said, that would be "Suitable for use as service equipment only."

Typically the panel wiring diagram will show where the bond screw would be installed. I can see that label has faded and doesn't help much in this case.

You can also check for continuity between the case and the buss with a meter.

Thanks. Yeah the rating panel was faded.
