(Minneapolis, MN) - The National Association of Home Inspectors, Inc. and ServiceAccess, Inc. have partnered to provide home buyers a Termite Service Agreement. The agreement is designed to enhance the inspection by NAHI members from unknown termite infestations at the time of inspection as well as provide renewable coverage if an infestation is detected at a later date. ServiceAccess invites visitors online to receive more information at Service Access | Affordable Termite Property Protection | Service Access (http://www.serviceaccess.com).
Registered NAHI members will be able to offer the service agreement at a discount to their clients and receive a fee for offering to clients who purchase the agreement. NAHI members may order a supply of order forms with discount directly from the ServiceAccess website. Under the terms of the agreement, a home buyer has thirty (30) days to activate the NAHI inspected property with service agreement.
Additionally, ServiceAccess holds all NAHI members who participate harmless for services provided under their agreement.
By offering the ServiceAccess Agreement to clients, the NAHI member minimizes his/her liability, as well as the real estate agent. Mortgage companies accept the service agreement in lieu of a termite inspection.
