I have a problem getting a proper draft for my high inefficiency furnace to run during high wind. Is there an attachment for the end if the intake pipe to make it possible to draft during high wind? Thank you

Hire an inspector to answer your questions. Trolling for free advice doesnt help you or us. The cost of consultation with an inspector is negligible in the grand scheme of things. Trying to answer questions without seeing the actual issues is impossible.

The biggest problem I have seen with draft problems is undersized vents. Also some manufactures ask for a 90 degree elbow on the end of the vent and some ask for a "T" fitting. I would get hold of the manufactures installation instructions to see what is required by the manufacture for venting.
