pink mold?

Found this on the side of a house. Construction is Hardee plank on concrete slab. Substance won't wash off oand is like velvet in texture. Any clues?

Looks like moisture got into the joint between the foundation and the slab, probably through the crack or cracks. I obviously is a fungus. Try spraying with salt water or vinegar and water. Does not look like it will eat the house.
