I haven't seen this in years so I forgot the name of the manufacture.

Obsolete, dangerous & hazardous. Two lower operate in unsafe orientation (off is up, on is down).

Identification & listing marks missing - therefore delisted and without a field evaluation (which it couldn't pass) must be replaced.

It looks a lot like the old Square D panels here.
