Can anyone recommend an Inspector in the Destin Florida area. A friend is looking to buy a vacation home in the Sandestin community. I offered to do the job if he would but me up for a few days. :D

Hey Bob! I'm in Pensacola, FL about 60 miles from San Destin. Use to spend a day or 2 a week down there but with fuel and time just haven't marketing that area as hard as the past. I'd be happy to talk to you or your friend though about this inspection if he still needs it.

One BIGGIE in Florida is crazy insurance, be sure whoever he hires can provide him with a wind mitigation inspection to help lower the premium. Also most carriers require a 4 point if over 30 years, some over 25 years, safest bet if its even close to go ahead and have one on file in case the insurance agent asks.

Sandestin is a nice area, might should let him fly you down!

Our prices start at $300 for 2500 sq ft and below and go up in $50 increments from there. We include all insurance reports with that package.
