I love this job! Something new almost every day. The seller was there and we just scratched our heads and said, "I wonder where that came from?" I called this one "Maintenance Required" on the report. It is a 9mm pistol bullet imbedded in the shingles.

I called this one "Maintenance Required" on the report.

"Maintenance Required"?

Why not "Repair Required"?

It *does need* "repair".

I find at least one a year that way. It is in certain types of neighborhoods.

I can attest to the bullet coming down and killing someone. It happened to an acquaintance of mine this New Years Eve.
