Can you read this Chinese label for me?

If the label says "Main kitchen range", that is correct. If it says "water heater", that would explain why the 30 amp water heater breaker on the right was left on in this vacant house.

If it says "repair this circuit", that's ok, too. I called for the undersized feeder to the range to be replaced. :)

It says kitchen stove. Doesn't say anything about repairs. I don't read Chinese, but we have a lot of people here (Singapore) in the office who do.
