AC refrigerant lines in plenum

Can AC lines run through a supply duct.

Whoever installed that "system" should be hung by his thumbs.

Other than the missing trap, poor connections to the plenum, AC lines, missing secondary, crazy drain pan under the humidifier, and enough tape to build a bomb, I don't see a problem.
