It's gotta be 1985. There are manufacture dates printed on other things, like the gas valve, expansion tank, installation manual, etc.

That's an interesting serial number type for Peerless.

Peerless apparently quit manufacturing in 1968, and their subsequent companies lasted until ca. 1970.

I think what you have is a 1963 Peerless that was remanufactured in 1985.
