Granulated cap sheet underlayment

Any know of any inherent issues associated with the use of cap sheet underlayment?

I think it is a match made in heaven when installed to spec.I have used it for several years with no issues.IMHO it is the most Diy'r friendly product on the market regarding flat roof systems.But as with any material and installation.,the product is only as good as the installers ability.
