Solarforce flashlight

Does anyone have experience with having a solarforce flashlight repaired? I love mine, however, it stopped working and I'm having trouble getting it repaired. After many weeks of sending emails and leaving phone messages I got a response. Send it to Hong Kong!! for repairs. I'm hoping someone knows of a facility in the US that works on them.
