Good morning.
I'm in the process of starting up an inspection business in GA, and thought I'd introduce myself.
I have over 20 years of experience in the residential and commercial construction field, and will be doing conventional inspections, new construction inspections, and general consulting. I've taken Kaplan's New Construction Inspection course, and was a Residential Combination Inspector under BOCA (I'll be re-testing for the ICC certification).
Any advice regarding additional training, as well as recommendations for software that works with an iPad would be welcome. I look forward to learning a great deal here on the forums.
