Did an inspection for a single Mom that was going to do a lease purchase from a "friend". The "friend" was very proud that her Brother and Daddy built this house all by themselves.
Among the three zillion other things I found, the kicker for me was...
Two rooms in the basement used as bedrooms for teenage girls.
1. The rooms had very small windows that were almost 6 feet from the floor.
2. The rooms (the entire basement) had no heat source.
3. The waste pipes were mostly held together with tape, and there were three vents that were open in the basement. The sewer gas smell was overwhelming.
These guys should have their tools taken away from them, their pick um up trucks crushed, and their man cards revoked.
