Friend in Nicaragua just put this on Facebook. Says you get a little shock if you touch it.. I sure hope that cord cap is wired with the red conductor to ground..

I'm guessing that shower head must have a heating element in it and that is the hot water supply for the shower.

YIKES! :eek:

Bring new meaning to " 'Til Death do us part. " when you say "Honey, you can take a shower first."

Those are pretty common especially in other parts of the world. I bet you that one is 220v also.
