It's a York air handler. Which numbers are the year of manufacture in the serial # field?

From the chart I have shows to be 1984 manufacture date.
Year of make is indicated by 3rd letter in the serial #. Looks like format changes in 2004.

Any air handler unit or condenser unit which is of legal age is ready to be replaced. ;)
