It's all cumulative Jack.

Things got exciting when I ran the washing machine to exhaust into the utility tub which drains through the duct taped shop-vac hose into the DIY ejector pit. The float switch on the sump pump got stuck against the crappy plywood panel cover and the water bubbled over and onto the floor. Luckily the floor was sloped and ran right back to the pit that was lined with a file folder plastic container. The fountain effect from the boiler return line was a nice touch.

Crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap....

Once in a while I have a dream during the night that I'm in the house from Hell. I'm always behind schedule, have already recorded a bazillion things wrong and not matter how hard I try to wrap up the inspection I keep finding more rooms to write up. I haven't had that dream for a while but I expect that this reading thread will end that streak.

Deal killer Deal Killer you'll never get any more work if you keep reporting in the small things!!!!!!Yeah, all he had to do was kick the plywood outa the way so the sump pump would work, and there woulda been no problem. It's been like that for years, and nobody's said anything. :)
