Watch the first step.... nothing like a little deferred maintenance.
This place was crazy - built in 1979 and probably never touched after that. The cliff at the back of the house was so sharp I couldn't even walk behind the house. The back half of the garage was completely cantilevered... probably a 40 foot drop down (I parked on the street). Oh yeah, there was a small roof leak, too.
