Balcony surface

Hi everyone,

Could you tell me what kind of material is used on the balcony surface ? Is it a good material ?

Hard to tell but looks like a concrete board of some type.

looks like concrete board to me also
and that looks like a fire escape.
solid surface may not be allowed due to slip and fall hazard in emergency.
Recommend checking with local fire marshall
And yes a good product, for the proper application
