Marco blower air flow problem

I have a Marco Model 792760 wood burning fireplace. I purchased my home new back in 1994 and have a problem ever since then. When I turn on the blower it works but there is very little air flow blowing into the room. It would seem there should be more. Could this be a problem with improper installation or am I not doing something right? I never recieved a manual and cannot find one for this product online. I have done many searches. Thanks, Scott
