That pipe thing? That's just the kid's hobby horse. And it's handy for drying towels and bathing suits. Don't worry aboudit. :)

They have plenty of room to periscope that pellet vent up then out as long as the run meets the stove mfrs instructions. If the stove is right behind that wall, it shouldn't be a problem. At least that wouldn't jut out so far or discharge so close to the deck.

I've seen pellet vents ignite nearby combustibles. I've also seen them cause ice rinks from melting then re-freezing snow on decks and walks.
