Any ideas on age? I do not have any reference materials that shed any light on the age.

Thanks!

Shane,
Dunkirk information email address info@ecrinternational.com
Customer Service. fax# 716-366-1209.
Series l#PWB-5D .electronic ignition. with vent damper. Updated install instructions dated 2004. I would confirm with Dunkirk but appears to have been made May 2000.

"Certified under ANS - Z21.13b - 1991" refers to ANSI Z21.13b.

There have been many updates, including 1994.

I would think that if that were made in 2000, it would refer to the latest ANSI standard year, which would not have been 1991.

Mr. Peck,

I think the code stated on the label does say 1994.

Billy,

The standard stated in the photo Shane posted says 1991.

MR. Peck,

I'm not disputing your knowledge of Code. Just reading the Label.

ANS-721.13b-1994?

Billy,

I started to dispute your 1994 again, saved the photo, opened it so I could underline the 1991, and there was your 1994.

I looked at the photo in the link again and it said 1991??

So I enlarged it (from the link) and it sure enough said 1994.

Guess I'm going to have to enlarge them from now on to see what it really shows. I already know that my two displays are not the same (I use two 19" displays and have the colors adjusted as closely as possible, but I have found that one lightens lighter things while the other darkens those same things, even when I spread the photo across both displays, it is different on each).

Guess there is a similar effect for smaller photos. Lesson learned - click the '+' sign (magnifier) and make them larger for full size display.

Hey guys,

Just got off the phone with ECR International rep, and the first two digits of the serial number are week. The next two (3rd & 4th from left) are year.

So, it was made 5th week of 2000.

Thanks for the help!
