Exposed baseboard copper

Is there any code that addresses an exposed section of copper tubing for a baseboard radiator system? The only things I could think of would be possible damage to the pipe or possible burn damage if someone somehow leaned against it.

Jim, consider steam radiators that are still in use and their surface temperatures.
