I know ITE "pushmatic" breakers have issues, but does anyone
know if there are any issues with standard ITE breakers?

I-T-E Circuit Breaker Box Inspection Program Announced By Siemens (http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prhtml88/88091.html)

Ther are several ITE references and I did not explore them.

I've never heard of an issue with these circuit breakers.

Me neither. ITE are very good breakers IMO.
That said, those in the pic are quite old.

That panel is a early to mid 1970's ITE Imperial Corp., & ITE is one of my favorites, but not as fond of their successor, Siemens....

I third that. Was afraid to say so without some checking for fear one of the site sparkies would find some ITE problem and then jump my bones.
