Looks like houses that I have done for a wholesaler client - he locates cleans up and sells to an investor to flip. Question how many page report did you generate ? As least the music was professionally maintained.

Pigeon poop is toxic. The dust can carry some debilitating viruses, for which there is no known cure.
A boom box playing Mozart during the inspection might earn you some referrals. :D
