This furnace vent pipe goes right through the tub area. They insulated in because they were getting burned. REally?
Broker thought it was a towel warmer:D

Back east, you guys get to see things that out here we only see photos of. Denver is actually a great place to be in the inspection business. I never see scorpions, poisonous snakes or alligators in crawlspaces. I have only seen two active termite colonies in 14 years. I do see lots of black widows and the occasional brown recluse.
I inspected a home purported to be the oldest home in Denver. Believed to be built in 1870, but a baby compared to what you guys get to see.
However, stupidity has found its way to the Rocky Mountain state and I get to see plenty of really dumb things.
