Hey folks (in the Dallas/ Mesquite area):

Rich Rushing here. If you are new to the inspection profession and are needing a practice/warm-up/ tutored inspection, I have an opportunity for you to do one with me.

I will be doing an inspection in the next couple of days for a son of mine and thought this would be perfect to help out with this type of tutoral.

If you are interested, feel free to contact me at: richard@aa-inspection.com

The inspection will be in the Mesquite area...

In Mesquite. ROFLMAO

What Rich is asking for is he needs someone to cover his back for him.

Richard, call me I'd like to come and hang out with you. I'll bring my 44 mag. to keep you covered. Heck, I'll even buy you and your son lunch.

Only thing is you say in the next couple of days. Can't be this weekend though because I have to go and sit through one of those wedding deals. Yep, another fine man bites the dust.

Thats tomm. Rich.

If you can set it up in the morning, I'd be there.

I have nothing till 2pm. tomm and thats in Cedar Hill.

We ought to just switch out appointments and save the drive times.

No... that one is empty.

He had actually put a contract on another home and I went to look at it for him and was there (on site) all of 6 minutes!! That SOB was something that fell out the back-side of a farm animal.

He/I went driving around inthe same area and found this home during the monsoon of last weekend. I know it has an FPE panel, but it is in pretty good condition for a dumb-ass 23 year old and his family.

Man, you guys could clean up in this neighborhood!!! Of the 12 homes we stopped by, 6 had active termites---all these were in the same neighborhood.

I was scheduled to do a nice sized (4200 sq ft) home in Frisco tomorrow with a very nice fee, but that got moved to Tuesday. So, I'll probably go over there to Mo-skeet sometime tomorrow morning and take a gander...

I thought, with the home being empty and no one else being there, this would be a good opportunity for someone who is just starting out in the business to conduct an inspection on something other than their own home. I figured it would be a good learning experience since it does have an FPE panel and was built in the 70's.

Rich,

I did one the other day over in the OC that we should buy and then we could turn it into one of those training campus.

Someone had broke into to it and stole the condensor and all the copper plumbing they could rip out.

The fools kicked in the lower panel on the garage or had tossed some bricks through it to get in.

You know it was a tough neighborhood. Check out the last 2 pics. They had a hinge on the mailbox so they wouldn't have to step through the gate to get the mail. It swung around so they could easily get the mail.

Frisco sounds really nice. You know what I mean.

Nope... no charge here. Never have.

Hey Rick-- I just talked to my son and that area is actually considered Garland and not Mo-skeet.

You know the difference in a Garland-girl and a bowling ball, don't you...
