They should have included intercoms in each room.

Looks like what we call a "Park Model" in California. They're in the RV classification.

A buddy of mine build one of those years ago. It was a little bigger, butthe same idea. Because it has (had) wheels and a tongue, it can be parked almost anywhere. He rented it out and collected a decent rent.

I liked it so much, I converted an office trailer into the same thing. Two rooms and a bathroom. I parked it behind my shop and let one of my workers live in it. It worked out pretty good until his son set it on fire (intentionally). Now I just use it for storage.

I know RVs can be pricey, but I guess it'd be worthwhile at least comparison shopping for an actual RV before buying one of those home. I will say it did look very spacious inside. I do wish they'd picked a different exterior siding as that just looks like plywood with batten strips.

Ikea does displays throughout its stores showing how people can live in 400 square feet, 300 square feet and so on. I think they might have a 150 square feet module as well.

I think folks in NYC would certainly consider one of these homes "quite spacious." :)

Definently an example of "no good deed goes unpunished"
