Hi,
Until recently, I worked as a fire insurance inspector in Washington State. I now do marketing for the same company. I've been reading through this forum and it looks like a great place to stay in touch with what's going on in the inspection world and continue learning, now that I don't go out and do inspection myself anymore.

Thanks for all the great info so far. I hope I can make some valuable contributions.
