Vent question

I saw this vent under a solar unit. they appeared to have extended it but it has a pretty significant negative pitch to it, but I couldn't get a pic of it. Just wanted to get some feedback.

Wrong
With a negative slope, it will fill with water and therefore not vent.
Basically, it's a trap, not a vent.
