I actually didnt use it here. This was from just running the tub. ;)

Why are there no stains in the drywall ceiling? Is it possible that you are seeing the temperature difference of the tub supports and not water leaks?

At 100% moisture, dont think so. Yes, IR image.

How did you get so lucky to be first leak? Was the house occupied?

That was only one leak..here was the other under a different tub. Yea its occupied, the buyers jaw hit the floor.
