Six Year Code Cycle

Well, well; it looks like the Michigan Legislature pulled another great move during the lame-duck session last December. Michigan is now on a six-year code cycle, instead of a three-year code cycle. Updates and changes will now take six (six, half of one dozen), yes six, years before we will see them adopted.
