ASHI’s Standards of Practice Committee has issued proposed improvements to ASHI’s Standard of Practice for Home Inspections. The Committee encourages all interested parties to submit comments and suggestions for other improvements to this Standard. Thanks Scott for giving us that web site. I opened it it and read it refreshed my memory what all we can do and shouldn't
