I was hoping to get some feedback from anyone who uses their services - specifically, Recallchek, the 90 day warranty and the alarm leads.

I've been using them for almost a year. It's a pretty good marketing tool for the cost. In my area not many realtors have heard about it so it's helped me get into weekly agent meetings. I think it adds value to the service I provide and I have been surprised at how many recalled appliances are out there.

What is the cost for the 90-Day Warranty?

$10.00 per inspection for the warranty and ReCallChek, but they have different programs, check with them for the exact details.
