Hello, just want to introduce myself. I am a nationally certified Testing and Balancing Tech and also just started as a FEMA inspector. For those who are not familiar with Testing and Balancing, we test and adjust air and hydronic systems in HVAC systems, certify clean rooms and commercial exhaust systems in industrial and pharmaceutical applications, test kitchen hood exhaust and make up air systems, test and adjust commercial heating and cooling systems (chillers, Boilers, pumps etc.) and also troubleshoot and provide solutions to problems associated with HVAC and hydronic systems. Mostly commercial work but occasionally do some high end residential systems and common systems serving apartment and condo buildings. Also we test smoke evac systems and stairwell pressurization systems in high rise buildings
