My name is Steve Smith (for real) and am selling a 1924 home in a historical area of our city. The buyer did a HI and found WDO items that need addressing, mainly in the crawlspace of the home. I am going to have repair/replacement issues assessed by a GC before tent/fumigation, due to drywood termite evidence in the upper loft area (attic). Notes from the HI include ST damage on joists, seal ?, and center beam (along back cinderblock foundation) that need repair or replacement in the crawlspace. I will be following up with pics and questions that I am compiling. Thanks, in advance, for the comments you may have.
