Oh typical buyers. They didn't show up for the inspection.

They'll call me latter with a million questions and want to tie me up on the phone 5 hrs. explaining everything.

Then they'll ask, "Would you buy it?"

"NO I would not, I already own a home" is my automatic comment when asked this.

I've used that one several times except I answer a definite "No" and let them aske me "Why not?"

"Because I already own a house."

I know - I'm cruel but it usually gets a laugh.

What the heck was that? That's the air handler isn't it? Were they just trying to seal up at the top of the unit? That had to take an hour of standing there with the foam cans.
