We are buliding a new home in Castle Rock, CO and one of the beam pockets for a support beam busted at the corner wall. I noticed it and pointed it out to the builder who blew it off, said they would grout it and stsrted framing the sub-floor. It seemed like a bigger deal than what the builder said, so I figured I would join this forum and get some other opinions. If it's not a big deal that is cool, but the bulider hasn't been a really great experience so far.
