It looks like Arnold has the full support of the builders in California so in turn he has given them his full support. (bogus bill at best)
FWIW, every day it seems I'm turning Construction defect litigation away and most of it is coming from attorneys in the Sacramento, SJ valley, LA and SD areas. These guys are still building merde and now they're getting stuck with it due to our soft market. As an old builder you've got to believe my heart bleeds for them. ;)
