I will be opening my new home inspection business, Pinpoint Home Inspections, starting on July 1st. I've been a business owner in the construction / handyman business for about 17 years now (wow it doesn't seem like that long). My partner and I have decided to start a new venture now. I'm a little scared to start a new venture, but it will be a wonderful new path in my life.

When I was an inspector in Orange County I was a member of CREIA. If you have not already done so I would suggest attending their monthly meeting in OC.

I hope you will be attending the InspectionNews / COA Inspection Conference (http://www.inspectionconference.com/) this October. THis is the 20th year anniversary and you will get great business and technical education and be able to visit the best vendors in the business.
