Clearance requirement Propane tank and vent

This propane tank supplies a garage heating unit and the vent is above. The requirement for this I am telling myself is a ignition source which is like 10ft. Am I correct in this or am i missing something or thinking wrong?

Hi Jason,

The 10 feet requirement to an ignition source would apply to hazards outside the building envelope as well as air intakes.
