I believe this is a double trap, but wasn't sure if the vent on the first image (right.jpg) changed anything. The first pic (right.jpg) is the master bath sink on the right. It goes through the vanity to the left side (left.jpg).

Any advice?

Yes, what is shown is a double trap.
BTW
You did see there are other problems also?

A trap weir issue? What else do you see?

Trap depth (As you said)
Location of the vent
Although kinda minor, the traps look inaccessible due to the shelf.

Yes the second trap can't be removed because of the Tee and the arm from the right hand sink.

I'm not seeing where the depth of the trap is problem, could you expand?

The water seal should be from 2" - 4".
The 1st trap looks to have about a 6" water seal.
Since the trap arm of the 1st drain is at the same height as the 2nd trap arm
water will back up into the 2nd trap arm

Aside from the double trap issue, the whole thing appears to be rather level R>L. Is that an AAV I see downstream of the first trap? Needs to be pitched for 'stuff' to flow downhill.

Oh, the second trap can be removed----when the whole thing gets re-piped correctly. Holes may need to be cut in cabinets but it 'can' (and should) be done.
