Hey there everyone. I guess you could say I'm pretty new to the home inspection profession, well completely new. I'm currently completing my 200 hour North Carolina home inspection licensing course and looking forward to a career in the field. I'm 24 and have worked in the construction industry for the last 7 years. Specifically flooring, fraiming, roofing, and drywall with a little handyman work to make ends meet. I have read over many post and found a wealth of exspeariance and info from all over the country. I thought it wise to take advantage of this forum and I welcome any guidance and information you would like to share.
