I found this forum after the company with the policy on my home sent an inspector to look at water piping.
I'm president of an environmental consulting company now in its 22nd year, am president of a trade association for asbestos & lead professionals, and helped write the original ASTM E2018 standard for Property Condition Assessments as an active member of that task group (and I'm currently active on the Phase I task group). I'm also an investor, with 13 rental houses owned free and clear (and no other debt).
