He's referring to a site visit loss control survey or verification report for a particular underwriter/imdemnity group/insurance company/producer. Probably the OP meant to post on the "mueller" thread or similar.

Not true HI type question or discussion topic, USAA is a producer/insurer and OP is likely engaged through a contractor who assigns him site visits/loss control survey/report work (jobber work).
