Don't know for sure.
It should not gurgle if the system is free flowing on the drain and vent side.
It may indicate a slow or blocked drain downstream of th bath drain.

I filled a bathroom sink to rim. When I let it drain, everything sounded fine. Very quiet. At the very end when the last of the water was draining out, a loud gurgling noise was heard.

If the drain water is swirling at the end of the end of the drain cycle thats a good thing.:)

If it's bubbling at the end it's a bad thing. :mad: Sound or no sound.
