Door and Patio door bad installation ?

Hi again,

This is an old house that has been newly renovated.

I've noticed that the spray foam under the main door in visible and not covered. The main door and patio door are low compared to the deck level.

What would be your recommendations ?

Don't like the deck boards under the threshold, poorly installed no flashing.

Hence I would write something along the lines .. sliding door and entry door are poorly installed and no flashing appears to have been installed, this may result in water entry at this area resulting in hidden damage. Wood rot, mould, weakened threshold may result. Consult door manufacturer for recommend installation methods.
