Introducing myself. I am just starting out in inspections. This is my first business venture and is very exciting so far. My family is all about entrepreneurship. My parents own a bakery and my brother owns three businesses himself.
I'm in Texas and decided to opt for the apprenticeship route vs the schooling path to a license. I'm currently at the apprenticeship level working with a sponsor to get to the real estate level and then, God willing, the professional level there after. It definitely takes longer than just going to school, but the classes I will have to take will be half the cost of the full school and I believe I am learning more hands on than a class will teach me. My sponsor is very experienced and a good teacher.
Anyway, I'm sure I'll be asking you guys lots of questions so thanks in advance.
