Apparent Norwegian roof beaver (NRB) noted in close proximity to subject property. Contact a fully licensed large pest contractor, as evaluation of the NRB is way beyond the scope of this home inspector. Good luck!

I've heard that everything is bigger in Texas, but....I didn't really believe it. Until now. Strap on a .45 before you enter any crawlspaces!

I'd hate to see your roaches. Or are they called palmetto bugs as they do in Florida's polite society?
